Service relationship

QR Vizion provides QR design, hosted redirects, campaign pages, analytics, billing, and managed services. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, accessibility, and continued availability of their destinations and content.

Accounts and subscriptions

Paid functionality begins only after confirmed payment. Dynamic links may be suspended when a subscription is canceled, past due, abused, or otherwise inactive. Static files already downloaded remain the customer’s responsibility.

Dynamic redirect safety

QR Vizion may validate, review, pause, or block dynamic destinations to protect scanners and the platform. Public redirect slugs may remain permanently reserved after campaign deletion so an old printed QR code cannot be reassigned to an unrelated destination.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you provide and grant QR Vizion permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the service.
