Data collected

QR Vizion stores account details, campaign configuration, billing identifiers, customer-submitted content, and operational logs. For dynamic campaigns, QR Vizion also records destination-change history and security-review status. Scan analytics may include time, one-way hashed IP, device category, browser, referrer, and broad location headers supplied by Cloudflare.

What the redirect registry does not collect

The administrative redirect registry stores customer campaign and destination information, not scanner identity, IP address, device details, or prayer information. It is not visible to customers or public visitors.

What analytics do not do

QR Vizion does not automatically reveal the personal identity of an individual scanner. Customers should not describe aggregate campaign analytics as personal surveillance.

Retention and access

Analytics retention depends on the customer’s plan. Destination history is removed with a deleted campaign, while a minimal non-destination slug reservation may be retained to prevent reassignment of old printed QR codes. Customers may request export or account deletion subject to legal, fraud-prevention, billing, security, and backup requirements.
